I was approached to re-design the user interface of the consumer-facing product created to display analytics about businesses. The client needed UI design services to fix certain usability issues they had detected from their internal findings. The main focus was to fix spacing issues in the design system and recreate certain modules to elevate the visual coherence of the product.

Step 1: Discovery
I met with the stakeholders and learned about the usability issues they have detected through the test they have done with their users. I also learned about the limitations about the changes that can be made on the interface. Since the design graph libraries they are using can not be radically edited, I focused on making minimal changes that can create big impacts.
